Polaris Ranger 900 XP Crew Rebuilt Transmission with Upgrades Turf Deleted [IN-STOCK]
This is a fully rebuilt Polaris Ranger 900 XP transmission that fits a 2014 through 2018 Ranger 900 XP models.
This upgraded transmission build includes a couple important upgrades. Firstly the turf mode has been removed and replaced with a solid spool output gear from a RZR 1000. This is the most costly failure that can easily be avoided by deleting the turf mode.
We also installed a heavy duty (over twice as thick) pinion retaining plate with new hardware hardware ($50 value). This is an important upgrade to ensure the pinion gear does not flex the plate in high stress situations which would increase the chances of an expensive snorkel gear failure. We feel that this inexpensive upgrade is needed in all transmissions, so we began installing in every transmission we have built from 2020 onwards.
And of course, all bearings have been replaced with OEM equivalent or better bearings, all new seals, and a new standard width reverse chain. At the lowest shown pricing will include 2018 CREW 4-seater gear ratio for the main gear set, can be used in single cab but will be geared lower.
